With respect to the application for the establishment of Korea Forest Project Corporations Association submitted to the Korea Forest Service on August 1, 2005, the KFS will grant a permission to such establishment as of September 6, 2005, in accordance with the provisions on the establishment and supervision of non-profit corporations under the jurisdiction of the minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, and the chiefs of its affiliate government services.
