On October 16, the Korea Forest Research Institute held the International Symposium on Forest Therapy under the theme, "Forest, Health and Hapiness". The main topic of discussion was on how the forest affect health and treatment.

Significant guests were invited at this event, like Dr. Raitio of Finland, Dr. Miyazaki of Japan, and Prof. Seeland of Swiss. They reported important results of their recent researches and studies.
