The memorial feast of the national flower in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of Independence


In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of Independence, Minister of the Korea Forest Service Mr. SHIN Won Sop hosted a memorial feast of the national flower, rose of Sharon at the Independence Hall of Korea in the city of Cheonan on August 14. Distinguished guests including National Assembly member Mr. Hong Moonpyo joined the ribbon cutting ceremony.

This Rose of Sharon Feast featured outdoor activities including flower exhibit, flower pressing artwork, flower face-painting so visitors to the Independence Hall celebrated the significant anniversary and also enjoyed the colorful activities of the national flower.
