The 2nd meeting of Korea-Tunisia Forest Cooperative Committee was held on 26 June 2014 at the Ministry of Agriculture of Tunisia.

Major agreements were made on the continued joint research in Tunisian useful plants, forest landscape restoration in dry regions, training programs and researches for combating desertification, particularly cooperation on information sharing and technology exchange related to forest fire on the occasion of the 6th International Wildland Fire Conference to be held in 2015, Korea.

Noticeably, the fist achievement from this bilateral forest partnership is an illustrated book of Tunisian plants titled "Central and Southern Tunisia-Plants of Grassland and Sahara Desert" which is published by the Korea National Arboretum.
