On late September 2003, international forestry community had gathered in Quebec, Canada to discuss major issues facing world forests and propose the 21st strategy to address them.

Attached is the final statement made at the end of the 12th World Forestry Congress. This statement will certainly guides local international forestry sectors to realize sustainable forest management.
