Planting trees in the city's leftover land

"Just a hand-span of left over land in the urban area is all we need to plant trees"In search of vacant lots to plant trees in the Seoul vicinity, Seoul city authorities announced that they are waiting for reports from the residents until the 31st of this month.
The project is to promote greener urban area. Once a vacant space is reported, the land will be inspected for planting feasibility before proceeding with the planting of the trees.
The target areas are subway entrance vicinity, ventilation area, spaces between sidewalk and buildings, wide sidewalks, leftover land in residencial area, etc.

50 participants will be drawn and given cultural gift certificate worth 30 thousand won.
