New Year''s Assembly
The Korea Forest Service began the New Year with a general assembly on January 2, 2008. Mr. Suh Seung-jin, the Chief of Korea Forest Service, in his opening statement, called on all employees to work whole-heartedly and make efforts to conserve and protect the Korean forests. He further stressed that healthy forest is the key to sustainable development and well-being.
