On November 16, Mr. Cho Yon-hwan, the Chief of KFS and Mr. Zhou Shengxian, the Administor of State Forestry Administration signed the Arrangement on Cooperation in Siberian Tiger Breeding at Cheongwadae, in presence of President Hu Jintao of China to President Roh Moo-hyun of Korea.
