Meeting with Exemplary Forest Owners

Mr. Cho Yon-hwan, the Chief of the Korea Forest Service, took part in a meeting with exemplary forest owners, held in Geochang-gun, Cheonnam-do on August 12. After looking around an exemplary forest owner Ryu Hyung-ryul＇s storehouse for pine-nuts as well as facilities for the cultivation of forest products, he listened to proposals to rent forestry machinery equipment and provide subsidy for the implementation of forest administration, among others, and discussed ways to boost forest revenues.
