Launching of the Overseas Intern Program for Resources Development

On February 4th, the Korea Forest Service officially launched the Overseas Internship for Resources Development. After 1-month domestic training, the selected interns will be sent to Indonesia, Vietnam, Solomon, China, Mongolia and other countries to be stationed in Korean companies pursuing forestry business abroad. The intern period in from March through November and their work will involve forest survey, forest project management, forest products processing related tasks, and others that will help them understand and learn overseas forest resources development.
